For healthy beginners and experienced students alike, this flow provides a safe and supportive environment to establish or deepen your grasp of the yoga principles. This class will reinforce foundational concepts such as breath, alignment, and engagement.

Yoga Basics

This accessible, slower-paced practice emphasizes strength, balance and flexibility with opportunities to practice full-yogic breathing and meditation. Set at a mild-moderate level, you’ll move through the foundation and alignment of each pose, while being offered the opportunity to move deeper.

Relax + Restore

Skip your massage + unroll your mat here! Each posture is held four to five minutes utilizing props for unique, gentle variations to encourage deep, muscular release. While the physical body unwinds, the energetic body sheds the effects of pent-up stress.

VinYin

Dedicated to the art of unwinding. Ease your way to savasana with this half Indigo Flow, half Relax + Restore practice.

Level 2

This fitness-based Vinyasa class will connect your breath and movement as you flow from asana to asana. Come prepared for some fun, challenging sequences and an overall workout that will help build core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required.

This Vinyasa style class is great for runners and athletes alike to take the time to stretch and give their bodies a break. This class is designed to help runners develop greater flexibility, fitness and mental focus.

Meditation

Come as you are in your work or street clothes! Yoga mat is optional for this class. Studies show that a regular meditation practice reduces stress, improves concentration, and encourages a healthy lifestyle. Meditators have increased self awareness and higher levels of happiness.
